RWInfo tool

I ran across this today. RWInfo is a tool to view the 2D maps of all the routes that you have installed for TSC. It also provides detailed map coordinates and route markers in an everything at a glance format. This should be very useful in route building and editing.

Excellent tool indeed. Apologies to those that weren't aware of it - I guess original users like myself must have just assumed everyone had seen it had been developed.

I use it mainly to check the full range of a new route, scenarios etc. without having to load the sim (which can take time)
