Logitech Throttle Quadrant

I recently got a great Ebay deal on a used Logitech throttle quadrant and pedal set, and I thought it would be cool to use the throttle quadrant as a sort of mini control stand.

I thought when I first bought TS 10 or so years ago that I was able to map controls with my Saitek HOTAS but I can't figure out how to do it now in the game.

Can I use TS Tools or RW Enhancer to set up the Throttle Quadrant as part of the controls?
