Compatibilities?

Can anyone tell me whether all of the products work for the latest version of Train Simulator Classic?

What does "all products" mean?

If you mean all your previously purchased DLC, all will work. There are some DLC that will not work in 64 bit and some newer items that will not work in the 32 bit version of TSC, but these are rare exceptions.

All DLC works for me in TSC going back to 2010 when I first purchased what I think was called Railworks 3.
Intel i5-10600K CPU, Asus TUF GAMING Z490-Plus (Wi-Fi) MB, Graphics Asus RTX 3060 TI 8GB OC TUF gaming card Windows 11 Home 64 bit, 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 ram, Viewsonic VX2728 LED 1080P FHD Monitor, Samsung 1TB SSD + other conventional drives, Corsair 750W PSU.
