I don't think I have asked this before. Apart from Donner Pass, are there any other US routes available in TS20XX where the Cab Forward loco was used prototypically? I mean I can practically use it anywhere within reason via quick drive and/or substitution, but I was wondering about real world use. *!!thnx!!*

They ran on Cajon Pass and Tehachapi for sure an I assume Pacific Surf Liner as well.

They nearly exclusively ran Sacremento to Portland or to Salt Lake via Donner or the Modoc

What Woody said but Buzz isn't entirely wrong either. The only thing he got wrong was Pacific Surfliner was former ATSF territory and would not have had Cab Forwards.

There is a prototype for everything.
