ripped off by RSSLO for 20 euro!

downloaded loco would not unlock with the serial number they sent me,error 101,then when I try their customer service it gives error 404!Just needed to vent here

RSSLO stands for Rail Simulator SLOvenia. They do routes, locos and rolling stock for Austrian, German and some Slovenian national railways. I have bought a lot from them and have had no problems at all in fact I consider them to be one of the better suppliers.

Have you resolved the issue?
I always copy and paste the password (and save for any later re-install) but make absolutely sure all is included in the highlighted area.
