In a couple of months I would like to install some additional Steam DLC.

Think I will go for some stuff that is available in the US only and therefore am trying to compile a short-list with that Steam DLC.

  • AT&SF SD45-2 Loco Add-On
  • BN Wagon Pack 01
  • BNSF Dash 9 Loco Add-On
  • BNSF ES44AC & SD40-2 Loco Add-On - not sure this is available in US for non-Railworks 2012 owners
  • BNSF ES44DC
  • BNSF Locomotive Pack Add-On
  • BNSF SD75 Loco Add-On
  • BNSF Wagon Pack Add-On
  • Cajon Pass Route Add-On
  • Clear Creek Narrow Gauge Route Add-On (with Colorado & Southern markings) - Thanks to Sirrliv for adding this to the list
  • CSX ES44AC Add-on Livery
  • CSX SD70MAC Add-on Livery
  • GP20 Burlington Northern Add-on Livery
  • GP9 Loco Add-On
  • Great Northern F7 ‘Empire Builder’ Loco Add-On
  • Great Northern F7 Big Sky Blue Add-on Livery
  • Great Northern Wagon Pack Add-On
  • Marias Pass Route Add-On
  • Montana Hi-Line Scenario Pack 01 Add-On (with BNSF markings)
  • Montana Hi-Line: Shelby - Havre Route Add-On (with BNSF markings)
  • Raton Pass: Trinidad - Raton Route Add-On (with Santa Fe markings)
  • SD70 V2 Volume 2 Loco Add-On
  • SP&S E-1 Class 'Northern' Loco Add-On
  • Stevens Pass Route Add-On
  • SW1500 Switcher Loco Add-On

Which ones did I miss ? Are there any errors in the list? All help will be appreciated !

It hurts to see a list of what we can’t get, but we’ll survive. !*roll-laugh*!

Luckily I can flip from side to side having a bank account and mailing address on both continents. I used to have all the US stuff from eons ago before they changed the "rules" , but then Steam messed up my account . . . . . . but hey, that is a whole different story.

I have a scenario planning resources folder where I keep copies of all the DTG Equipment manuals. In addition, I have scenario folders for each of my route. I place equipment manuals that relate to that route inside. It works well for me.

Technically, you can also include the Clear Creek Narrow Gauge series. They're available for sale elsewhere, but only in the US do you get the proper Colorado & Southern naming on rolling stock; outside the US everything had to be renamed to the fictional Colorado & Central. Because BNSF still owns the C&S branding and refuse to permit products with their brands be sold outside the US. This despite there having not been an actual Colorado & Southern Railroad since the 1950's.

Thanks, just updated the list !

This might be an interesting addition. Was not aware of this route and never did any narrow gauge before.

Have a look from the attached post onwards re C&S branding.

Same here, I live in Austria but since I am from the US I do have a US bank account and mailing address. But I do have a question for you, have you bought these routes and then changed your region to outside the US? I am curious since I would like to do the same, but I am just afraid that if I change my region back (after I purchase them) I will be unable to play those routes.

Hi Traindude,

I did that in the past, many years ago. Buy US and change back region. Plan to do it again when visiting my family, so not using a VPN. But dang, looks like borders will be closed for several more months.

In case you are afraid what happens after changing back just buy the cheapest US only DLC you can find and test it out.
