Attaching a picture or file1.jpg

Go down to the bottom and click on Upload attachment.

Attach a picture or file2.jpg

Click on browse and go find your picture wherever it is and open and save that file.

Attach apicture or file3.jpg

Click on Place inline.

That's it.
