Steam Purchase??

I have a question about purchase the route through Steam. My question is that if I decided to go ahead to purchase the route and within two hours can get a refund if decided not to keep this route. But what I would like to know if I change my mind and repurchase the same route and will I be able to purchase or only one time purchase with the same route that I had purchased from before. That's my question about can repurchase or not with the same route.

I had a similar situation that worked out OK. I purchased and refunded a game. Some months later, after some bug fixes and good reviews I decided to have another look. I had no problem purchasing it again and this time I kept it.

Thank you Wayne for your message. I just want to make sure if I can repurchase the route or anything else that Steam offer like locomotives.

Yes, I purchased a route or a loco from Steam I cannot remember which and the next day it was discounted so I got a refund and purchased it again at the discounted price.
