Nice online utility. Remember your using FSX-SE so the folder and file are different. It was setup for regular FSX. This site gives you a batch command to copy and paste, do not do that. Use the browse button it offers and go find the FSX-SE.cfg file your self. Mine is at C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX-SE

Hey Bob, that was a great tool back in the day. However, I would be careful using it now, as it has a lot of out-dated and even harmful tweaks to have FSX perform as best as possible.
For the latest tuning guide let me refer you and any future reader here,
http://forum.avsim.net/files/file/41-ba ... ion-guide/If you happen to run DX10 then this is another excellent guide.
http://www.nzfsim.org/index.phpThis is the latest information and I have read and gone through both.
I have been working with and tweaking FSX since FS98, this information here is what you want to follow.
Cheers

I agree with Angelo that using Jesus' auto program to tweak your config, using the link you provided, will probably do more harm than good. There is simply a lot more information available about how FSX works now than when that program was put together, and a number of the tweaks it places in your config were suspect even then. In addition, hardware has changed significantly since, and many tweaks simply don't work the same with respect to changing CPU and video architecture.
The links Angelo provides are good, but after years of tweaking myself, I find it best to go with the a largely default config. The really essential tweaks, like the highmem fix, are built into the SE config already. You are likely to get far better results adjusting your video card profile for FSX than tweaking the config. The DX10 guide gives very helpful info om how to go about that process.
