Railworks America

My game is stop at 10% and will not download. Does anybody know how to restart it from 1% and fix this?

Remove the games folder completely. Leave the railworks folder itself in the steamapps/common folder, but remove anything in it.

Adding to that if you have stuff you want to save just make your present one and railworks.old and then make a new railworks and then proceed with the verify. After you get done you can pick and chose what you want to add back in.
