Adding Locomotives to Scenarios

Hey folks
I would like to find out how to add locomotives into the Free Roam scenario engine select list. I purchased the Dash 8-40C NS and NS SD70ACe a while back and I can't add them too the world in the edit section.
Can anyone help? Thanks !!*ok*!!

In the middle fly out click the blue triangle with the orange then in the flyout that appears pn the right you need to find the providet and put a check in the middle box beside the dlc you want to use. Then the engine should show up. For the ns col district engine for example you would find Rsc and then put a check in penncoal. Also remember you cannot add an enginr or cars in the qorld editor you must do it In the scenario editor
