Hey everyone, next pay i'm thinking about getting one of them as I really like the idea of a slug unit. just adds a lot of scenario building opportunities to the table as I love making yard switching scenarios. So here is my question, which one would you say is better?

Hmmm. That's a tough one. On one hand, with the CSX set you get a GP40-2 and GP30-type slug, really neat slow-speed engineering with the transition cut-out and all. But, with the NS pack, you get a yard-slug and some "scrapyard" high-noses.

I know right..... If you don't mind me asking do you have screenshots of the other skins that come with the NS GP40?

The other units are "scrapyard", meaning they have slight defects that I ran out of time to fix. Better to release them though than to let them fade into 0's.

Each unit also has winter and dirty textures.

Jerry, I'm also interested in the same sets the OP has mentioned. What issues do the NS units have?
Also, where could someone find that NW highhood unit on yalls main page?

Nothing wrong with the NS GP40-2 low noses. They are first run quality. The HN's have a few small issues, lighting and weather-wipe patterns, I think. The slug has light always on. The pack is still definitely worth $5. I could be charging $7.5 for just the good locos alone.
The NW doesn't exist. It's my profile pic.
