Jerry, if you stop by ...

Unread postby ssbobz » Mon Mar 11, 2019 4:04 pm

The hard drive with my backup files died and the download links from my receipt emails are no longer valid. I know you've moved on to other things but if it's possible for me to reacquire those files I'd greatly appreciate it.

If not, while searching my other drives I did find a backup of my entire TS installation so I haven't truly lost the content, just the convenience of having the separate files.

To everyone else, make backups of your backups !!*ok*!!

This happened to me a few years ago. Although I transfered my old hard drive into a new computer, Railworks was never the same again. Many files were unusable and too much of a pain in the butt to get them up and running. **!!bang!!**

These are so inexpensive nowadays and just run in the background with no effort.

I've actually got one like that I take to work daily, I just never got around to setting it up to backup anything at home even though that was one of the reasons I bought it.

I'll be remedying that failure in planning asap.

I lost my desktop and hard drives to a flooded basement, so unfortunately I'm in a similar boat... Funny how that works, ain't it?
