Searchlight DED incorrect reports

Was wondering if anyone was having any issues with the Searchlight DED reporting the incorrect length, axle count, speed, etc.
It doesn't seem to be updating the EDD_LAST_TRAIN_INFO.lua file.
Does the file need to be run under admin rights or is this a bug?
I've got multiple detectors in different areas of the route. Each one reports the last EDD_LAST_TRAIN_INFO.lua file which was not updated when I check the file age. it says all the trains are the same length, axle and speed.
Each one is set up differently depending on what section of the route it's on. CSX reports Track, Speed, Abient Temp, length. NS reports just if there is a defect or not and nothing else, or track and if there is a defect or not. my "Conrail" (ACDX) ones report track, speed, axles.
The playback seems to be the same for all reports.
Anyone else have this issue?
