So, I found this route a few months ago when I was digging around on the Trainz version.

$20, the requirements for the route are 3D trains' stuff and the US loco and assets pack. Rio Grande Southern is required for stock and scenarios.

Anyways, it is releasing into beta tomorrow, however, taking a look at the screenshots shows that the route is not up to scratch for payware.
Here are some comparison shots of the route vs. the real location.

Besides not looking like the route at all, the assets used for the wilderness aren't good, although I will give the author brownie points for the town assets, which do look quite nice.
Additionally, no trains are included, with scenarios using the RGS stock. However, the route models the modern Cumbres and Toltec, which has but one K-27, and even in the Rio Grande days K-36s and K-37s were the mainstay power on the route. It's not the C&TSRR without at least a K-36!

That's just my opinion on the route, you do you. :)

If you D/L this thing just be aware at least for me that the route installer doesn't ask you where to put it so it defaults to the C drive. The Asset pack asks you so it goes where you tell it to go.
