Again,I just love their products. I would love to see the B&O P7 released as the P7D,one of the most beautiful streamlined locos, ever. I may write them and suggest it.

SO! What does one have to do to commission a locomotive in the future? Wonder what the cost of such is?

My only gripe is I wish people thought about what routes you can take advantage of lol. None of these commissions have any use in an existing route.

They open the door to new possibilities in route building.

Route building takes years. Brings to mind the T1 project, or the SF 2926, which will be out of tube time before it covers a mile

Now that we have an "almost" route, I wonder what it would take to get the K36 bumped up the list? Might write and find out...

!*cheers*!

Hi Folks,

Man - the WM I2 would look GREAT on the Mountain Sub - that tender has to be one of the longest spans between conventional trucks they've ever made.

I came across the plans in an old Model Railroader.

It has been said “If you have to ask, you can not afford it.”

Not exactly helpful. Would anyone (except maybe the US defence dept) commission work on an open budget?

The reason I made enquiries about it, was to commission (ie pay) to bump the DNRG narrow gauge locomotives up the queue. *!rolleyes!*

!*cheers*!

Sincere apologies. I meant it as a joke.
