Freeware GTEL Tender or DTG GTEL Tender?

Which one do you all prefer to use behind a UP steam loco? The freeware GTEL water tender or the DTG GTEL tender?

I use the freeware. I've noticed at least with the fef-3 that the gtel tenders lights come on when you turn on the headlight to the locomotive, and the freeware doesn't have this issue. :D
