[BETA] Ohio Brass Air Whistle

I just made this to have fun running Metrolink services set in the 1990's before the P2 was introduced to Metrolink to replace these whistles. Here is a video on YouTube which shows what the horn sounds like:

The doppler effect is still broken. I will fix it at a later date. Meanwhile, enjoy it. :)
