Is there any way to use TS-Tools to swap locomotive positions within a consist? I want to run the "eastbound manifest" scenario from AZ Divide route with the F45s in front, then the SD40-2s. Standard is f45-sd40-f45-sd40, and I want to swap the middle F45 and SD40 spots. Any advice?
I still have V1.0.81, and forgot how to install the updates that will allow me to run V1.0.82.

Yes you can. You can also do it with LocoSwap. For both use the add, delete and insert functions. Be sure you use the driver and ND locos in the appropriate spots. Use the flip selected to swap ends of the locomotive, and don't forget to SAVE, or all is lost. Don't ask me how I know. As a side note, Loco Swap, for me, is easier to use.

What’s the link? I think I’ve heard of LocoSwap but never investigated it.

So, I installed LocoSwap. Should I just copy down the locomotive #'s and replace, or is there a specific way to highlight the two and swap the positions in the consist?

I just go through the dropdown list of replacements and swap it in the position you want. If you mess up, exit without saving then start over. If you go to settings (botom right) you can add a custom suffix to the scenario indicating that it has been modified. The default is LoSw, I use Modified. The manual answers a lot of questions.
