Able to change track rule?

So I'm kinda new to this and i do want to know if it is possible to change the track rule through TS_Tools without deleting and re-laying the tracks (I.e. Track rule: PTM Main to Hi line). If so, How?

ALSO, Is it possible to delete assets that is only related to that one route from another? i.e. I unchecked Steven's pass from the blueprint but the assets still show in-game unless I manually delete them. I would like to delete them all at once without picking around.

The RW tools manual had a section on this and it does work. I think that it is still available on Mike’s site. The same procedure would work with TS tools.
