Can't select TS folder

Hey everyone, I'm getting back into the swing of things again and I am trying to utilize RW_Tools. However, when I go to choose the location of the Railworks folder, I'm not allowed to choose the actual folder. The browser only wants me to choose an .exe type file, and won't let me choose a folder. As such, when I try to load a scenario in the scenario editor, there's several missing components. Namely, the list of consists doesn't show up at all, just a dark gray box. I've been trying to find a solution to this both here and via Google, but haven't seen this issue mentioned once. Can anyone here suggest what I might be missing or need to do next?

Go find the exe file in the RailWorks folder.

Okay, so that WAS what I needed to do. The wording in the manual threw me off.
Regardless, when I do that, the list of consists in the scenario editor is still dark with nothing in the list. What do I need to be looking for next?

Which version of RW_Tools do you have? The latest (last) version on my site is v8.1.16 - if yours is earlier than that, go to
www.agenetools.com for the latest.
Also note that if your consists are contained in .ap files, they will not appear in RW_Tools unless you unpack the .ap file in question.
