I did sent an email to Mike about this but have not heard from him over 24 hours. Anyway I don't know if anyone have the same problem as I have. When I was in the program of RW_Tools and everything look good except one part that I want to swap the locomotive because I don't have one of the payware locomotive in selected consist and find similar locomotive to this in available Stock. After selected the similar locomotive in available stock on top right corner then I highlighted the locomotive besdie the top right window pane and click Swap Selected Item(s). And got the message said below:

/ ! \ Sorry, but you can not swap Locos for Wagons.

Now you see I did not select the available wagon and it's available locomotive from the right pane window.

I am not sure why is the program of RW_Tools think that is not a locomotive but it is.

Is that a bug with this program or not?

Thought maybe that would be better to see the screenshot that I just took now. So you will know what I am talking about because no one ever give me an answer for this. Look below:

You don’t have the loco highlighted in the left box.

Yes I did highlighted the loco on the left and that is after I hightlighted the locomotives with left and right to swap. After I clicked to swap the locomotive and the name of locomotive is unhighlighted before making a screenshot. Anyway found out that Mike Simpson is on holidays and will not be back till after Christmas. He is aware of this problem.

Guess that I will have to wait for Mike when he is back.

It's possible that the destination loco's blueprint is incorrect or damaged.
Try to swap with a different loco from a different provider.

First want to say thank you to you, Chacal for post your message. Unfortunately can't swap the locomotive as I try with different locomotive. I did try with Eyein12 payware locomotive to replace the missing locomotive. And the message tell me in error message " Sorry, but you can not swap Locos for Wagons. " The best thing is to wait for Mike Simpson when he is back from vacation and he will look up into this to see why I can not swap Locos for Locos.

Why can you not swap this with a different loco like he suggests?

This problem has been mentioned in the Steam forum and someone mentioned that Mike is in knowledge of this issue and that he will not be able to address it until after Holidays:

Fortunately I kept several older versions of RW-Tools.
I'm planning to engage in some serious swapping during the holidays.

I am just back from my holidays today and have no idea why this is happening. I don't remember changing anything recently and code is pretty complex, so may not be able to fix until after Christmas. Hard to pick the reason for this problem as it is very intermittent, most locos swap fine then after a few mins you get this error.

One of the member here sent me zip file with older version of RW_Tools through private message. I did installed them and see if that part is working or not. No luck and still the same error message. More likely the problem is with my desktop not his. Anyone have any idea how to look into Windows 10 or something with any program that might cause the problem. Or better wait till Mike is back from vacation and will look into this sometime after Christmas.
