I haven't used RWTools for a while but today the program is refusing to operate. I wanted to swap some locos in a scenario, so I selected the route and then the desired scenario but the program just isn't complying.

So is it saying it's making the swap, you do the save and it's not changing it or is it now making the change at all?

Can you advise the exact sequence of commands you are using to get the locos swapped? I can only find a problem by following exactly what you have done, even down to the route/scenario you are trying to modify?

I select the Scenario tab, then Edit Scenarios. Then I select the route and finally the scenario. When I click on that tab the little blue wheel goes round and round.................etc. The route I chose was Canadian Mountain Passes, but it doesn't work on East Coast Mainline either.

That is how I have always edited Scenarios, but if I am wrong I will gladly take advice.

I have tried it here and can't see any problems, this is the Canadian Passes route and clicking on the Edit Scenario button on this screen takes it to the usual screen where the files can be edited. Have you checked the Canadian Passes folder to ensure that the files are not still in an unpacked .ap archive?

Every route has been unpacked. I have just tried running the program and it has flagged up as "not responding.

It does eventually load, but it is painfully slow, and I do not know why.
