I think my RW Tools setup is not working properly. I had a problem with my hard drive on this computer and I may have messed up my program.
Could you tell me what to delete to get RW Tools out of my computer completely so I can buy the program again and start over from scratch?
I would be very appreciative to start over from scratch.

Just delete the whole folder you installed in.

. . . and you don't have to "buy it again": just re-install from your previous download or, if you didn't save that package, re-download and install.
