help pdf locks up my adobe reader

mike when i go to read the help file the program just hangs.then i leave rwtools and go to enter adobe from the desk top and it hangs also,if i restart computer and go to adobe from the desktop and open your help file everything is fine. any ideas thanks tom

Hi Tom,
Sorry I have no idea why that would happen unless you have a very small amount of memory in your PC. I have tried opening RW_Tools and the help file here on several computers with no problems.
Have you got the latest version of Adobe Reader? Or alternatively you could try another PDF reader such as Foxit Reader which might use less memory?

Just checked out the scenario you described and it works OK here. Good luck and let us know what you find. Computers are sooo much fun.

update seems to be working ok now. i think it had something to do with macafee total access.that program was not working right, now it is and no more issue with the pdf's.
