Hi Glenn,

You are presumably using Windows 7 or 8.1 and did not install the program by running the installer as administrator. Or alternatively you are not running RW_Tools as administrator.

I would suggest you try selecting RW_Tools.exe in Windows Explorer and right clicking on it. Then select Properties/Compatability and tick the box - Always run this program as administrator.

Then go to the options menu and click on 'Register SuperPicture2.ocx' - with luck that should fix everything.

If that does not work, you will need to reinstall the full version of RW_Tools by right clicking on the installer and selecting Run as administrator, But I don't think that will be necessary.

Mike,
Got it. Working great now. I didn't know that in Windows 8.1 that I had to run as admin.
Thanks,
Glenn

Hi Glenn,

Yep, the security features in Win 8.1 don't allow you to register .ocx files or to make changes to some files in the 'Program Files' folder unless you are running as admin.
