Added the much-requested option to the Scenario Editor screen, 'Swap in ALL scenarios for this route' - so if you wish to swap a loco or other rolling-stock item in multiple scenarios you can now do this with a single click once you have chosen the items to swap. Please note that unlike the other 'Swap' options, this one automatically saves all of the Scenario.bin and ScenarioProperties.xml files which are altered and exits the Scenario Editor screen automatically when it finishes.
