So does that mean that the file you downloaded is a RWP? If so if you have 7Zip you can unpack it right there is your folder that you unzipped when you got it. Then you can look and see what all is there and if there is a bunch of stuff that is there in the Assets that didn't make it to the RWA Lakeside folder you can put them in there manually. I'm all but certain there is no way it will work without at least the RailNetwork and the TemplateRoutes and probably the RouteMarkers.

I ran the install process again via utility, it does the same thing! Can you tell me another way to install this that is less cumbersome!

If the file ends in .zip use 7zip to open. This should have a file ending in .rwp. Right click to open and you should have several folders showing. I do not have the original installer any more so I am guessing. It would be great if you could give screenshots so we know what you are seeing. Check your PM.

I installed a new lakeside folder with everything in it and it still does not appear!
I will check the main folder now and I have installed 7zip.

I tried to use 7 zip but had problems, when I right clicked the Rws file on my desktop the 7 zip extractor did not appear.

@babyboy1: if you installed 7zip correctly, it should show up in the right-click menu.
Otherwise you can register 7zip for opening rwp files:
1- Right-click on the rwp file
2- In the menu, choose "open with..."
3- Use the "Open with" window to select "7zip file manager" either in "Recommended Programs", or in "Other Programs", or by browsing to C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7zFM.exe
4- Back in the "Open with" window, make sure to check the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" option
5- Click "OK"
