Who could it be, crawling out of the woodwork? Me again, after another hiatus. Forgive the frequent disappearances: university’s putting me through the ringer. Still driving trains around, though!

I was looking at some pictures of railroads in New England (as is my fascination) and saw some images of the Boston and Maine’s GP40 units.

I’m almost surprised that this hasn’t been made yet. Was wondering if someone significantly more talented than I would be up to the task, perhaps using Maine Maritime’s GP40s. Any takers? *!!wink!!*

I think a large part of why it hasn't been done is a non existent non dynamic gp40 (or gp38 for that matter) model

There's a GP38-2 in the VNHRR Hiline pack.

Did not realize this. I’d be more than willing to buy it for a B&M repaint, especially for a GP40.

This style of paint was the Boston and Maine’s last livery, and only survived less than a decade before Guilford took over and began slapping big Gs on everything
