HELP ME PLEASE!

I have tried and tried to do an engine repaint by myself but no matter what I do I cannot seem to get anything to work.
I am trying to make (now requesting) a Delmarva Central Railroad repaint of Dicky Jim's MP15DC.
I know DCR does not own an MP15DC but its close enough for me to the MP15N (but if someone could show me where I could get one of those too that would be awesome :) )
Their engines are really quite simple so I am hoping its not too much trouble for someone to quickly repaint it for me.

It has been a long time dream to recreate my local railroad and I'm hoping that someone could help me with this huge step in doing so! ❤
EDIT: And don't forget if necessary I am willing to pay for Dicky Jim's model because it is not free.
