Funny, a couple of these are actually on my list to make. I wasn't planning on releasing them to the public, but I could probably PM you the files (following the same procedures as the library content, of course, you'll have to copy the shape files yourself.)
I'm busy right now with graduating college, packing up all my stuff into suitcases and boxes to ship, and then I'll be in Florida for a week or two probably being told to "hold the baby here" and "hold the baby there", but I could likely have something out by years' end. If you don't mind "just okay" quality. (I'm learning. But hey, at least it would be something, right?)
A couple things I've noticed: I don't know how to remove/paint over the decals on the "early" Y-1 without potentially affecting the GN versions, so I've been playing with the PRR FF2 and that's been fun. The only thing I can't figure out is how to remove or "paint out" the yellow numbers from the body, so if you want different numbering systems you'll have to get someone else more skilled to figure that out. Or I can just make a number of individually numbered locos for you and you can have 10 or so folders to copy the shape file into.
So the only version that I'd be able to make (for now at least) is the FF2 with the lower headlight.
In terms of my skill, I'm not able to do curves just yet, so the one lined livery is gonna be quite a ways away for me. (I'll check out buzz's tutorial on curves eventually) but I could probably have the "simple" lined one and the color block one done in a couple weeks.
So...let me know. We could probably PM about it. I may not be able to get back to you for a couple of days. I don't graduate until Wednesday and I'll be packing and cleaning until then. And then I'll be traveling all day Thursday, so wifi access won't be very reliable.
ANYWAYS...PM me.
