Pullman Heavyweight Observation Cars

This is targeted more toward Rick Grout and Michael Stephan themselves for making the heavyweights to begin with.

Yes. My GN heavyweights have a observation car. I think waaaaay back I might have done a SR re-paint also.

Now don't get me wrong, the BritKits heavyweight's are nice and fairly easy to repaint, but they lack in detail when compared to cars like the coach's made for the RWA route or the "VNHRR" baggage and coach cars. I would like to see a new observation car made that would go well with those cars.

Now, in my opinion, the single biggest thing hurting the BritKits cars are the bogies. Now I know that we can't update the model for the bogies, but if someone could repaint them to make them look the best they can, that would/could increase the overall quality of those cars.

Yes, we could surely do with a full complement of heavyweight passenger cars in up-to-date quality not converted from MSTS like the BritKits.

However, chances of these cars appearing in commercial DLC are pretty slim, as we hardly have any passenger steam locomotives and first generation Diesel locomotives to pull them.

Well I feel like an idiot. Sorry guys.

The phrase "open mouth, insert foot" comes to mind now as I have just looked at the "GN" repaints by Buzz and the "NERW Heavy Weights 2 - Modern Livery" by Joe Xdriver and realized that they both have some nice black textures for the bogies on their BritKits Heavyweight's repaints. I went and checked and the file can easily be copied over to the other repaints and original texture files (Back up your original file's just in case you don't like theirs!). The file you would want to copy from their's and then paste into your other repaints is ( 01-hw-1-aph.TgPcDx ).

I do still stand by my other request though.
