Searchlight Simulations Bell Sound Replacer for E8

Hey Guys, I'm trying to figure out how I could add a bell sound from the searchlight simulations EMD 645E pack to the DTG EMD E8s.

The bell runs off a script on the 645E pack. Therefore it won't work on the E8s.
