Is there a repaint that looks close to SP 100-378 series?

It is neither a Dash9 nor a ES44, it has the tall stack of a Dash9 and the long and high electronics cabinet of the ES44 on the fireman's side. Plus lots of grids in other places etc.

Three digit road numbers are a PITA to get centered, as most models come with 4 digit place holders, right?
