Would defiantly be nice, since RCAP still needs a couple of locomotives, but however, I doubt Eyein would be interested and I don't know of any others that might, but here's an idea, maybe Great Northernor might be interested in doing it.
Can't think of any others that might have the skill to build a locomotive for the RCAP pack.
