CN 8100-8103, SD70ACe-P4

They are P6s, not P4s. These have all powered axles with an inverter per each motor unlike past EMDs where they had only one inverter per truck.

If you want a SD70ACe-P4 then someone should do a Tacoma rail Repaint of the SD70ACe.
