I was browsing through the internet and thought this would be a good locomotive to have in TS2015:

If anyone could, could someone willingly make this Conrail Dash 8-40C? Also, it doesn't matter if you do it on eyein12's model or DTG's model. (Even though i prefer Eyein's)
I'm in no rush at all for this to be made.

Just a FYI this repaint is for DTG C40-8 not EYEin's.

Don't be so quick to rule out forced labor.
