Just FYI there is no PA released, only one that is sort of/maybe a WIP. DTM did however make the Alco FA that was released with VNHRR 2.0.

A year or so ago, however the FA was not re-released with VNHRR 3.0. Where did you get that UP skin?

If I'm correct it came in the original DTM ALCO FA-1 DLC that was never released or removed. It hasn't made any public release since, other than the FA-1 appearing in New Haven livery for the original VNHRR that was sold on Trains & Drivers.
