Signal Issues

I hope someone can help me on this. It was been bothering me a lot and I have spent a lot of time trying to fix it. I'm building a route and want to add signals. I know what signal aspects should show for each route/speed. I've also watched Pikes videos on placing signals and know how to install them. The issue I'm having is I only get green signals no matter depending the speed of the turnout I list. For example I did Pikes scenario on how to signal a passing siding as in the video. I set up the two head signal with for the mainline track and the other for the siding. I set the siding speed for 15 mph and ran the scenario just like Pike. The main line route creates green of red which is correct for the speed and route direction. I then flip the switch and get a red over green for a 15 MPH TURNOUT. I should not be getting red over green in that route. I thought maybe if I tried NS, CSX, and C&O signals maybe one was bad but all three did the same thing. Maybe someone can help me uncover why I'm having issues with my signal aspects. Thanks.
