Sale coupon is only accepted when goin through the normal order preocess. If you placed your order with "Paypal Express Checkout", then you will be instantly redirected to paypal without being asked for youtr redeem code.

That's not the problem - I'm paying with American Express. When I put in the code and click Redeem Coupon I get the message. "You cannot redeem your coupon with the selected product." The coupon works for the scenarios, but not the Loco Pack. I didn't order it yet - waiting for you to fix it.
