VNHRR Customers with problems using their code will get a new one!

If you still have troubles using your code then:

1. Send an email to us: info@trains-and-drivers.net
2.Give us your account number and order details from the initial VNHRR Version 1 purchase or send the old code with your email.
3. We will send you a new code.

Please note that we are based in Europe, so most of your mails will be answered during the nighshift. *!!wink!!*

I paid for VHNRR and finally managed to complete the transaction and and when I go to the link you sent me all it is is a page that trys to install a free download manager.

OK I finally managed to download it.New coupon number from Andreas and no convoluted work arounds needed anymore,pretty straight forward **!!bow!!** and I'm another satisfied customer!

Just in case: I sent out another newsletter containing a new code to all customers of the VNHRR1, so if anybode does not look into the forums or facebook hopefully gets the information, too. :D
