They do look somewhat okay IMO, some minor faults such as incorrect roadnumbers (judging from the images) but nothing really too major.

I'd say they have a few issues. I tried a bunch of things but it was cold and dark in QD and I couldn't figure out how to start it. In a free roam it was running but when I went into the cab view all I had was couplers. Head out view was OK. Also the model has no horn. So far just tried the BN and CP versions.

Could you possibly take some screenshots of the cab interiors? That’s the one thing I haven’t been able to see (if the rest aren’t broken).

You might be right. I just went down to EMD GP40. for this one.

Is that an issue with all of them or only a few?

It probably could be an incorrect path to the geo file (or it just not being there at all).

It's all of them. I messaged TBT and informed them of the situation.

UPDATE. Martin sent out a notice that a old beta was released by mistake and anyone who bought this should get the new version. It would be on the same link as before now called the "Full" version. Just got it but haven't had a chance to run it yet.

I have not seen any apologies for this error, or instructions to re-download the product on their Facebook or web page. There is so much negative feedback about this product.Time for damage control.

He sent an email to all purchasers. I have posted a note to this effect on the DTG TSC site but yes, there is a lot of negativity.

Did you purchase this and not get a e mail? Certainly looks like a apology as well as a fix to me.

I see nothing wrong in polite criticism about a product not meeting accepted standards. It provides needed feedback to those developers. This helps to provide for further product improvements and raising the quality for everyone. In providing a product one needs to develop a thicker skin and take criticism and not take it personal. Staying stagnant in this hobby should not be an option. It is hard to backtrack from first impressions. It would be wise to notify everyone possible via posts on Facebook TSC and other TSC groups that this was a mistake and has been rectified. A lot more people now have a negative view than those who purchased the product. Sending emails to those who purchased may not be enough to save a damaged reputation. As far as freeware goes I am not that critical, I can take it or leave it, use it not, I accept it for what it is. If I pay for something with my meager funds I expect a certain standard. This has been an unfortunate error that should have been caught. I do hope for their sake that this does not damage their brand. I own several of their products and am quite satisfied.

To be blunt horse poop. Any developer is only under obligation to his customers not a bunch of basement dwelling trolls who have never created anything in their lives and only live to criticize what creative people have made. The reason we don't have more people making new stuff for the sim is these people who appreciate nothing and criticize everything. It's the same names over and over. Martin handled his error correctly and with humility. He owes the overall community nothing only those who support his work.
