Sounds like they weren't able to reach a license agreement. Maybe one of our enterprising graphic artists can make them more prototypical.

I'm disappointed that they're unbranded. By the way, I sense a Metrolink F59PHI and MP36PH, and maybe a Coaster F40 in the works.

I would guess they couldn't secure licensing so opted to release non-branded equipment at a reduced price. I don't have a problem with that; it's better than nothing and hopefully the community can reskin them.

I am absolutely grateful to see these locos released at all. As I know someone that is part of this forum will bless us with branding and repaints.. So for now, what was release will suffice.

I'm definitely happy to see them released. Ran one Metro Link scenario and had a few issues:

- engine noise cuts out...seems to do it more than the Amtrak F59PHI?
- The alerter doesn't make any noise, and once engaged the brakes without any warning...on a side note looks like there's no way to disable the alerter anymore? or did I miss it.

Definitely going to pick up the Metrolink pack. The F59 is hard to resist.

Repainters. . . you know what to do.

I think the engine noise cuts out because they set the max RPM to over 900. The original engine sound from the Amtrak F59 cuts out at 900 rpm, so you'd have to lower the rpm back to 900. Then again, I've only ran the engine once. I need to play around with it more before I can definitively say that this is the case.

That aside, they did an amazing job with the Bombardier BiLevel K5LA horn and bell sounds. I'm impressed.
