Thanks, I don't know when (or if) it'll be, but I'll be sure to let you know.

Hi Mike,

Have read the whole article. It appears you have outdone yourself in every phase of this loco.

Only one question: How many containers of ink will it take to print the manual?

Thank you for even thinking of this project, let alone actually doing it!

Must now find a quiet corner where I can sit and drool 'til this masterpiece is published.

Thanks Jack!

It's been hard work doing but I've enjoyed most of (I'd say all of it, except that the thousands of times 3DC crashed on me, and sometimes deleted what I'd done, have left their mark *!lol!* )

The manual has 49 pages in total and you probably will need to read most of them (and print off about 20 pages for reference - the cab control diagrams, key command tables and in-cab signalling picture), unless you run it in Simple mode.

!*cheers*!

The thought of trying to run this in anything other than Simple Mode scares me. *!!wink!!*
"Life is like a journey, taken on a train
With a pair of travelers at each windowpane.
I may sit beside you all the journey through,
Or I may sit elsewhere, never knowing you.
But if fate should mark me to sit by your side,
Let's be pleasant travellers; it's so short a ride."

I have seen this locomotive Traveling from Denver to Cheyenne on the Cheyenne Frontier Days Special, was very nice. When I get this ill have to recreate that train with the 6936 trailing.

Overall Great Job on every single detail, this will probably be my top 1 DLC Loco to date. !*cheers*!

Hey at least training in the virtual world you don't have to fix the engine that night when the trainee gets a really bad wheelspin and burns out a big end bearing... not that I know what thats like !*hp*!
