Hmm, the only North American routes I can think of without them are the New Jersey Transit routes and I think I read that’s prototypical? Even the original soldier summit has them. I’m going to send a note to DTG, maybe they can be added in.

It seems to me that this extension does not superelevation in curves, is it?

Same track rules as the original so I assume it does have super L. The main line curves are all pretty gentle.

Slipped through the much abused QA. Maybe they can fix this with a update. There's a few crossings that the drivers don't recognize the trains, along with they really should get rid of that gray cab only truck that seems to be EVERYWHERE. !*roll-laugh*!

Seems as if all of the manual switch heads are once again reversed.

So resuming the issues:
no superelevation?
no mileposts?
switch stand targets reversed?
grade crossings not stopping traffic?

DTG's QA at its best again??

Don't blame the QA team, blame the company that is so "pressed" to release within a deadline whether or not something meets quality standards. I saw it many a time from that side of the fence.

I don't agree.

No superelevation and no mileposts may be a corporate decision to cut development time and costs in order to meet release targets.

Reversed targets and grade crossing barriers not stopping traffic are clearly an omission/oversight from the QA team.

Like you, I think DTG has no real QA team, WE are the QA team, and history shows that most cosmetic things WE report get ignored by DTG. Too costly to fix afterwards once everybody hard core interested has already bought the DLC.

So I won't buy this DLC until it has been fixed, and my wallet agrees *!twisted!*

Edwin I said that it does have super El. I went and looked in the track bin file. I stand by my other complaints and it's not all of the crossings just a couple.

Yes, two or maybe three crossings not functioning. I looked at the one at the northern end of Salt Lake. Everything looked correct. No change. Tried moving the links, still non functioning.
There is a second one (south side of Salt Lake) where the creator covered two rail crossing with one signal set. Any traffic in between the set will not stop making the set appear not to function.
As usual with DTG the end of the route appears to have been rushed.

I just realized that if the Rio Grande sign could be removed from the Salt Lake City station, it might make a somewhat-decent substitute for Kansas City Union Station...

A Child Object blocking the sign would do what you need
