My yearly request for a GP-38/38-2 NON dynamic unit, conventional horn and headlight placement. As far as the core program goes, the ability to rotate ground texture position would be great. More eras of road traffic, and a one way traffic ribbon for lanes in super highways.

^^ I like that. ^^

Persistent saves so linked scenarios can be created easier and we can pick up where we left off for our own free roams.

Anything related to the transition era; locos, cars, routes, assets.

Really? You DO know about Tomcat’s Cajon-Mojave Route Alpha - right?

viewtopic.php?f=31&t=16186&hilit=Cajon

I don’t know how much more of “great” Cajon Pass Upgrade you could want, seriously.

Oh, that one! I've been looking into it, but I'll need to save up for the payware requirements. Definitely is on my list of things to get!

It like the Donner modification is just a incredible improvement going to show what a person can do with a basic route to bring it to life. !*salute*! To Eric and Tomcat for showing us what can be done.

+1 !*salute*!

I find the routes made by enthusiasts who actual play the game are by far more detailed, and enjoyable to run. No knock against DTG as they have a business to run, and a return on time invested ratio to meet, but there is no comparison to routes like Cajon-Movaje, Donner Redux, Bergen Line, Stevens Pass, etc.

Specifically to Tomcat's Cajon-Mojave, you can buy the required 3 DLC routes on sale for the price of two large pizzas. I thoroughly recommend it.

Well, since this is just a wish list that Dovetail Games will probably just ignore, why not still make a long list anyway.

Engines:

Southern Pacific SD9
Southern Pacific GP40-2
Southern Pacific and SSW GP60

Santa Fe SD45
Santa Fe F45
Santa Fe FP45 ( Freight, Super Fleet and original passenger versions )
Santa Fe GP60
Santa Fe Alco RSD 15 "alligators"

Union Pacific SD40

Routes:

Surfliner ( Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo )
Cal-P line ( Sacramento to San Jose )
Altamont Pass ( Stockton to San Jose-Oakland - Western Pacific, Southern Pacific )
Needles Sub ( Santa Fe )
Seligman Sub ( Santa Fe )
Northwestern Pacific ( 1980's and earlier )

Rolling Stock:
More Santa Fe freight cars ( reefers, autoracks, boxcars, tank cars, flats, etc. )
More Southern Pacific and SSW freight cars ( sugar beet gondolas, autoracks, boxcars, tank cars, flats, etc. )
Open and partially enclosed autoracks from the 1970's and early 1980's.
Anything MOW- maintenance of way.
