Starting over with a new copy

I tried yesterday delete my loco content all my 3rd party with Railworks 2014 but its all still there? Half of my stuff for 2014 is not working. How can i start over with a brand new install with the editing the train tool works?

You can delete the entire Railworks folder, then go back to the "Common" folder and click on "New Folder".
Then name the new folder "Railworks" without quotes and then hit "enter" on the keyboard.
You should see a file path something like Steam/Steamapps/Common/Railworks.
You should then be able to do a Cache Verify to reinstall TS 2014.
