Delete local content?

What does this mean i have alot of stuff not working if i do this will it delete everything i have downloaded ?

Yes, it will delete everything in your Steam> steamapps> common> Railworks folder. But "stuff" you purchased thru Steam is "saved" in the Steam cloud so if you reinstall TS2014, all that will be replaced. It's the third party stuff that won't be replaced.
