Scenarios Do Not Get Checked

OK, now that I finally got the game to run on my desktop, I have noticed a new problem. Once complete and I go to the main menu to go to another scenario, I notice that it isn't checked or marked with a green check mark or a red x to show that It has been done or needs to be redone. Does anyone know what is going on or if there is a way to edit the file showing it complete or not? Any help would be appreciated.
I also noticed that the old achievements have gone the way of the Do-Do and new ones have replaced them.

Well you can always edit Railworks/Content/SDBCache.bin manually with RW-Tools, but that won't give you the cause of the problem.
Are you sure the scenario was completed? Each task in the task list got a checkmark?

The After Action Report states I completed all the tasks such as moved 10 out of 10 cars with no errors, yet nothing is checked in the scenario list.
I tried RW_Tools and it does not work with TS 2014 files apparently.

Do you have the latest RWTools? 5.0.15

I got the update for RW_Tools that actually updates it to 5.0.18 now and was able to open the bin file and edit 2 of them, but the third one wouldn't show as completed even though I changed the string. This was for a standard scenario and not a career scenario. I hate to think I have to alter that file after I play every time.

That's what I said. You need to find the cause of this problem, not a workaround.
The stats you get at the end aren't enough. They won't show that, for example, you've missed a stop somewhere.
You need to look at the task list during the game and make sure each task gets a check before you go on with the next task.
