BNSF Officially Licensed spontaneously in 2014?

Well, I tried the new Consist builder and I ran in to the Officially Licensed BNSF stuff, but according to Steam, I don't have it and it's nowhere to be found in the Asset folder.

I did NOT own these prior to TS 2014 which leads to another question.... How did I get them!?
